Chancellor's class Tackles Issue of Global Poverty
Eligibility:
Any undergraduate.

As a part of the Language community, you will:
  • Hear, speak, and live with students studying many languages
  • Participate in numerous cultural and social activities in informal settings
  • Communicate and partner with international students
  • Work with a Peer Educator and Resident Assistant to support and guide you
  • Residential Learning Communities allow students to explore academic and personal interests
  • Collaboration with other language students at all levels promotes achievement and proficiency
  • Living in a language-centered environment, with interactions among language faculty and international students, gives you greater access to people from all over the world, giving you greater exposure to global initiatives at KU and expertise in the language of your choice
  • Fun and personal satisfaction!

Course Description Semester Credits
Spanish: Lewis Hall - Enrollment in Spanish at any level Fall 3-5
Any-Language: McCollum Hall - Enrollment in any foreign language at any level Fall 3-5
